Scalable Building Data Loader

The ability to rapidly onboard data is key. Even if your data has minimal technical details, the Buildings Loader is using Machine Learning to fill in the data gaps and generate actionable digital twins. This increases the speed at which studies and project development workflows can begin.
The Scalable Building Data Loader makes it easy for users to quickly onboard and begin using the Pivot platform. It accepts Pivot supplied data templates, stock condition surveys or common open source data sets such as EPC and NYC LL-97. Specifically made for users who need to start fast with the data they have on hand, or those who need coarse-grained studies with statistically relevant results.

Simple way to onboard data

We've created the Scalable Building Data Loader to be a simple and seamless experience. No matter if you want to create a new entry from scratch, or to import a file containing the building data - you can access the Scalable Building Data Loader by clicking on the button in the header of the Pivot platform.

You can create a new entry by filling out the form and leave the Pivot’s deep inference to fill in the data gaps - generating an actionable digital twin of your building.

Have an existing data to onboard? Just upload or drag-and-drop the Excel file in the marked area, and Pivot will take on the rest.

Runs in the background

Have lots of data to onboard? Don't worry - we build the Scalable Building Data Loader to run in the background, so you can freely browse Pivot while onboarding new data.

Just click "Minimize" and the window will collapse on the bottom of the screen - allowing you to browse Pivot without distractions, and at the same time - follow the progress of the onboarding.

Data audit. The way it supposed to be

The Scalable Building Data Loader will audit your data and inform you of all the data entries that need correction. Get the full status report of the onboarded data, with an option to correct the specific entries in place.

Just click on any field with error, and tab through all fields by using only your keyboard. Pivot's Scalable Building Data loader will change the status of each corrected field in real-time - colour coating it from red to green. Follow the real-time indicator on the right side of each row, and you'll finish this otherwise cumbersome process in no time.

Of course, there is always the legacy way of correcting the data in your other tool of choice, and reupload it again.

Review and confirm

Upon finishing the onboarding building data, the Scalable Building Data Loader will inform you of the number of imported building entries, and display all the digital twins organized in a tabular structure.

That's it! Your studies and project development workflows on the onboarded data can begin.
