He is committed to the zero carbon transition and the creation of tools which support landlords to make financial decisions at scale. He is focused on empowering capital to drive environmental improvement by generating sustainable returns.

Will Gayton

CTO - Co-founder

Will’s background is in the large cap financial services industry where he led R&D, operations and the development of risk and performance software for institutional investors, banks, hedge funds, NGOs and sovereigns. Will took and implemented the unique view that the flow of energy in the built environment resembled the flow of capital in global financial markets and that this perspective was necessary to scale energy efficiency investment into a globally recognized asset class.

Johan Signer

Johan is a successful entrepreneur with experience of building businesses in the real estate sector. He founded Set Up, a leading Nordic real-estate consultancy advising many of Sweden’s largest institutional property investors, corporate tenants and government agencies. He has expertise in the sustainable occupation and operation of buildings and a focus on productizing how energy efficiency is deployed.

Nigel is a qualified accountant who is accomplished across a range of sectors including Asset Management, technology, manufacturing, marketing agencies and business services. He has been instrumental in leading businesses to a position of financial strength, and is adept at identifying areas of potential improvement, introducing operational efficiencies, and restructuring to take businesses into profitability.

Daniel Strömberg

Daniel has a background in engineering and sustainable real estate development with a specialism in lighting and with more than 15 years experience of successful building and leadership of teams in consultancy organizations. He is committed to drive energy efficiency for the net zero transition by developing and providing tools for all stakeholders, enabling supply chain to overcome barriers and achieve more at scale – engineering and finance hand-in-hand.

Rupert Dixon

Director of Insurance

Rupert is a career insurance professional having worked in numerous roles across the spectrum of the industry. Always keen to evolve and work in niche areas Rupert has variously worked within all aspects of insurance. This has encompassed roles as insurance intermediary, underwriter and reinsurance underwriter. Rupert is an advocate of sustainability and renewable energy technologies and is responsible for developing specific insurance solutions to meet the needs of these sectors.

Ron Downey

Ron is a successful technology entrepreneur. He co-founded Massive Interactive in 1996 – long before over-the-top video (OTT) swept through the globe to be consumed by hundreds of millions of people every day. Massive was the first to productise this space, creating a targeted UX management console that powers global content owners to monetise their video assets. The company grew to become a leader in its category. Tim joined Massive as a co-director with Ron in 2015 and in 2018 the company was acquired by Deltatre, the largest independent OTT solution provider in the world. As President of the OTT Division, Ron led the continual innovation of OTT products at Deltatre as well as the integration of the businesses. In 2020 Ron stepped down but remains a Deltatre board member.
